Master the movement, tempo, mobility and stability necessary to achieve a repeatable, efficient, pain-free golf swing.
( This is not a ball striking golf lesson, this is an introduction to the movement and tempo necessary for anyone wanting to learn golf, and can help improve any golf swing that you currently have, while learning how to reduce the risk of pain and injury)
Golf Movement 101
This class will teach a basic set up routine that includes the approach, alignment, and golf posture. We will then add these basic golf movements to a golf tempo, making the sequence of events in the set-up routine easy and repeatable.
Golf Movement 102
This class will build on the set up routine of the 101 class and add the basic movements and tempo for the first part of a confident, repeatable swing, which includes a take-a-way, a transition and the follow-through of the Chip/Putting stroke, and a finesse swing (the pitch to the green shots).
Golf Movement 103
This class will review the 1st two classes and then add the concept of separation of your stable lower body from your mobile upper body, while learning the sequence, tempo and movements necessary to learn a power swing (the approach from the fairway shots).
Golf Movement 104
We bring all the elements of the previous classes together with the concept of alignment, impact and follow through, to experience the flow, the feeling and the confidence of an efficient golf swing. We will also introduce the feel of a practice club, and some practice tips to get you ready to start hitting some balls with your best chance of success, enjoyment and most of all, confidence in your swing.
(Call and reserve your space, class size is limited)

Commonly asked questions:
Who would benefit from these classes?
Golf Movement is for anyone thinking about taking up golf, taking professional golf lessons, or struggling with their current level of success and enjoyment in their game.
How are these classes different from traditional golf instruction?
Learning Golf Movement and tempo lets you develop all the muscle memory and confidence required to develop a repetitive, efficient set-up and swing BEFORE paying for professional instruction, thus avoiding the negative emotions and consequences of miss-hitting golf balls over and over while trying to learn something new.
