Golf Pain Management

By analyzing what type of swing you use during different parts of your game, we can best see what may be causing you pain, discomfort and/or inconsistency.

Poor dynamic movement and tempo can cause undue stress on muscles and ligaments during a golf swing.

We can then look at some alternative movement and tempo options that work in harmony with body dynamics, and your unique physical abilities.

Some of the smallest movements (putting practice) can cause low back pain and fatigue.

Having a balanced, more upright  finish pose can get rid of the torque that an over-rotated, reverse C finish puts on a golfers spine and low back.
